Nokta Legend Review
The Nokta Legend delivers multi-frequency performance at a price that seriously challenges the Minelab Equinox 600. With 5m submersibility, 5 selectable frequencies, and simultaneous multi-frequency mode, it became an immediate community favourite on release and quickly earned the ‘Equinox killer’ nickname.

How It Performs
🏖 Beach
5m submersibility beats the Equinox 600’s 3m and makes it exceptional for surf zone and dive hunting. Multi-frequency handles salt mineralisation well.
🪙 Gold
The higher frequency options provide genuine gold sensitivity. Not a dedicated gold machine but very capable in goldfields.
🌱 Beginners
Better for an experienced beginner or intermediate hunter. The customisation options reward learning but can overwhelm first-timers.
🪙 Coins
Exceptional coin detector. Target ID accuracy across multiple frequencies simultaneously gives excellent confidence before digging.
🏹 Relics
Outstanding relic detector. Multi-frequency processing combined with 5m waterproofing makes it a versatile field companion.
